These icons can be used in the chat box - just place the URL in the email box and the icon will appear next to your name. The chat box will remember your icon everytime you visit the site unless you delete your cookies :) To use your own image make sure it is 48 x 48px and go to www.tinypic.com to upload it and get a short URL.
